Done-state mapping

If you want to connect the values of a field on your supertag, with the state of the checkbox, you can use done-state mapping.

First, in the supertag config, choose Advanced > Show as checkbox, to get a checkbox to appear in front of all the nodes with this supertag

Then, find the Supertag node (often it will live in Schema), and run the command Configure legacy.

In the Done state field mapping, put in the field that you want to map, and the values of that field which should trigger the checkbox to be checked.

In the Clear-Done field mapping, put in the field you want to map, and the values of that field which should clear the checkbox.

Given the configuration above, the checkbox will be filled if Status is either done or rejected, and will clear if Status is either todo or working on. Conversely, if you change the checkbox from unchecked to check, it will set the Status to the first value, namely done, and if you uncheck the checkbox, it will shift Status to the first value in the Clear-Done field mapping, namely todo.
